Of course, when you increase the speed the noise level increases as well but it is still quiet compared to other models.
The incline range is -3% to 15%. The -3% decline makes it possible to target different muscle groups like glutes and add extra challenges. It is also great for simulating outdoor running.
The 22″ x 60″ deck is large and comfortable. It has a “Runners Flex” cushioning system to soften your steps. It is great to reduce the impact on your joints. One thing to note here is you can’t turn off cushioning like the precious model (2021), it is always on. It has 2.5” rollers to move the belt along. These large rollers extend belt life and provide smooth motion.
The weight capacity is 300 lbs., which is not bad, but we would like to see a higher weight capacity to accommodate a wider range of users. It is a bit low for a premium treadmill.

What We Don’t Like About the NordicTrack Commercial 2450
Warranty: The 10-year warranty on the frame is great but we don’t like the 2 years parts warranty. We understand a 2-year warranty for the display and electronics is reasonable, however, it is a very short period for the motor. Many other brands cover the motor and frame with lifetime warranties.
Heart Rate Monitor: There is no contact grip heart rate monitor on the treadmill and it does not come with a wireless monitor either. You need to buy one separately if you want to use iFit’s heart rate control programs.
Weight Capacity: 300 lbs. for a commercial-grade treadmill is not impressive.
