I’m considering the Sole F80 treadmill for my home gym. I’ve heard good things about it on reddit, but I’m curious about its durability and performance. Any experiences or advice from F80 owners?

    • RunningRookie101

I’m in the same boat. Is it worth investing in the F80 for someone who’s just getting into running and looking to run around 3-5 miles a day? Or is there a better option out there?

      • PaceYourself_13

I think the F80 is a good investment for someone even just starting out. It has a nice cushioned deck and easy to use. It is a bit expensive but it will last you a long time. I had a cheap treadmill before sole and it was not fun 😤 at all.

  2. FitLifeJourney_7

I’ve had my F80 for about 2 years now, and it’s been fantastic but the newer versions seem better. It’s very sturdy and has a smooth, quiet operation. I don’t know about the support since I’ve never need 🙂 The built-in programs are pretty basic, but if you’re not looking for anything too advanced, it should be enough. Hope it helps a little. If you think sole f80 is overkill, you can check F63 they are very similar and my friends are happy with it.

  3. WorkoutWarrior88

I have F80 and it’s held up really well. I run 5 times a week unless I am too busy, and it still feels like new. think it’s a great option even for experienced runners. I’m overweight by the way, so I think it is a solid machine.

  4. HomeGymEnthusiast

How about the incline and speed changes on this model, is it good for interval training? I’m leaning heavily towards the F80 or F63.

    • FitLifeJourney_7

The incline and speed on the F80 is easy to change, with buttons on the side rails for quick adjustments. The speed change on sole treadmills are slower compared to treadmills at the gyms. Horizon at 7.4 and at 7.8 are faster.
