One of the key features of this treadmill is its powerful 3.0 HP motor, which supports speeds of up to 11.2 MHP. It has a standard 300 lbs. weight capacity.
The 3.0 HP motor is enough to handle long workouts, from light jogs to running sessions. It comes with a 15% incline to further challenge your workout so that you can target different muscle groups and burn more calories.

The OMA Treadmill for Home comes with a 55” x 20” running deck, it is fine for most people (walkers, joggers, and light runners), but not ideal for tall runners. If you are a tall person, look for a model with a longer 60-inch belt. Although we found the deck small compared to some other models in this price range, we like the fact that it comes equipped with cushioning. It has great cushioning to reduce the impact on joints and muscles.

The quick preset buttons and the up/down arrow buttons are well-placed to change the incline and speed quickly. So, you can change your workout intensity as quickly as possible, which is important for interval-like training. We would like to see more preset buttons though.

There are two tablet holders and two bottle holders (baskets) to bring some more convenience to the treadmill. The built-in Bluetooth speakers (two of them) provide good audio, so you can add some enjoyment to your workout.

OMA 5925CAI Console
OMA Home Treadmill 5925CAI Console

Now the console. We like the 7-inch LCD display, it is basic but very easy to navigate and easy to read. OMA did a great job keeping it simple but usable. There are 43 programs on the console, including a heart rate-controlled program, 3 custom interval programs, and many others to keep you engaged and motivated. You will never run out of workouts and get bored.

Is OMA a good treadmill in terms of connectivity? We think the best part about the OMA 5925CAI is its ability to connect to fitness apps like Zwift, Kinomap, and AnyRun. This allows you to access countless training options. It syncs with these apps smoothly so you can enjoy the interactive training options. You just need a good tablet and a subscription for some of the apps. Most apps come with a trial period so you can check which one is best for you.

The OMA treadmill comes with a contact grip heart rate monitor which is another great feature. You can monitor your heart rate or use the built-in heart rate program to keep your workouts in the right heart-rate zone. You can also use a wireless heart rate monitor, but you must buy it separately. Check the manual for compatible models.

This is a compact model. The dimensions are 69.7″ L x 31.1″ W x 64.4″ H when the OMA treadmill is unfolded, and 41.3″ L x 31.1″ W x 64.4″ H when it is folded. It weighs 185 lbs. Folding is very easy and safe with its hydraulic assist, you won’t need any effort. There are also two transport wheels allowing you to easily move it around. Assembly is very easy, you can put it together in just three steps.

This treadmill comes with a 5-year warranty on the frame, a 2-year warranty on parts, and a 1-year warranty on the motor, but please check this information since it may vary depending on where you purchase the treadmill.

What We Like About the OMA 5925CAI:

We have had the opportunity to try out this treadmill in our place, and here are the aspects we appreciate after our hands-on experience with it.

OMA 5925CAI Foldable
OMA 5925CAI’s Foldable Design

Motor: The 3.0 HP motor runs smoothly and quietly. It is not the most powerful motor, well-suited for this compact treadmill with 11.2 MPH top speed and 300 lbs. weight capacity.

Foldable and Compact Design: The footprint of the treadmill is very small measuring only 69.7L x 31.1W x 64.4H inches. The folding system is easy and safe to use. The hydraulic assist works well. When folded it measures 41.3″ L x 31.1″ W x 64.4″ H.

3rd-Party Apps: It does not have a touchscreen, but it is smart and can sync with popular fitness apps such as Zwift, Kinomap, and AnyRun. With these apps, you can keep track of your progress and enjoy interactive workouts.

Built-in Programs: There are 43 built-in programs on the console to choose from, so if you don’t want to use a fitness App with the treadmill, you still have lots of options for a fun and engaging workout.

Easy to Assemble: This treadmill is super easy to assemble. You can put it together in just three steps.

Bluetooth Audio: It has Bluetooth audio capabilities and two speakers to make your sessions more fun, you can listen to your music or podcasts wirelessly.

Two Tablet Holders: We like the tablet holders. One is like a shelf and the other one is an iPad holder (works with other tablets too) that you can install if you want. We like the second one better since it does not cover the LCD display.

What We Don’t Like About the OMA 5925CAI:

Preset Buttons: There are a few preset buttons for incline and speed, models with basic displays from other brands usually come with many buttons, almost one per each increment. But this is not a big problem, when you combine the preset buttons with the up/down arrow key you can set the desired speed or incline quickly. For example, if you want a 7% incline, press the preset button “6” and then press the “UP Arrow” button.

No Cooling Fan: There is no fan, we would like to see one since the console has room for a built-in cooling fan.
