We like the quick speed and incline buttons on the console. There is a group of buttons for speed and incline, 0 to 10 for incline grade, and 1 to 10 for speed.
One quick note the treadmill does not have any built-in programs on the console, we would like to see at least a few for people who want to keep things simple.

The ProForm T7 comes with a 10-year frame warranty, a 2-year parts warranty, and 1 year of labor coverage. The warranty period is good for an entry-level treadmill and ProForm is one of the best treadmill brands so you will have a peace of mind.
Extras:

Hi! If you wanna run more, I’d recommend checking out the Horizon 7.0 AT or Sole F63 treadmills. Yes they are larger but both have better warranties and specs than the Carbon T7.
By the way, Horizon AT series looks cooler than Sole models and changes speed/incline faster (they are great for interval training).
You can’t go wrong with either, just depends on what you like!
If you’re planning to mostly run, you might want to consider a treadmill with a 3 CHP motor. The Carbon T7 with its 2.6 CHP motor not bad but combined with its 20×55 belt it is not ideal for running, go for 3 CHP motor, at least, and 20×60 deck if you will be running faster than 6 mph.
Also if you’re over 200 lbs you should definitely buy a treadmill with a stronger motor💪. Just something to think about!🤨
